Responsibilities
- Perform recruitment functions (search for, interview, and assess QA personnel, analysts, software developers, and PMs
- Establish a vacancy profile and search strategy
- Conduct thorough interviews, review professional and personal candidate skills
- Improve existing company recruitment processes
- Perform HR analysis and regular labor market reviews
- Participate in parallel HR projects (IT School, working with students)
Requirements
- Background of 3+ years in IT recruiting (software developers, QA, DevOps)
- Knowledge of the IT and fintech labor markets
- Working knowledge of various candidate search methodologies
- Positive and self-initiated approach
